CULTURES IN THE WORKPLACE: REDUCING DIFFERENCES

Imagine Chaleur, in collaboration with the Vitalité Health Network, the Chaleur Regional Service Commission, and the Acadian Peninsula Regional Service Commission, is offering a training session to healthcare workers from zone 6. The training will take place at the Best Western Plus (150 Main Street, Bathurst, NB) on Friday, May 24th, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. .

The theme of this workshop is "CULTURES IN THE WORKPLACE: REDUCING DIFFERENCES".

The training will be led by instructor Lionel Laroche, president and founder of MultiCultural Business Solutions. It will offer participants an approach tailored to the healthcare sector, focused on concrete actions, and will include tools to navigate multicultural work environments and improve the integration of immigrant individuals within their teams.

This workshop is exclusively reserved for employees in the healthcare sector.
